The key thing to get right is the order of tasks. You will need to get a plumber to stop off all old mains pressure stuff Remove toilet, bath, basin Get plumber to do rough in (running all the pipes and stuff to the correct spots) You might be worth while getting all three of these done at once. Install basin & bath & overheads (don't plumb it up) install any blue board/water proof paint As for tile or paint first its up to you. Paint first means you might have to touch up if you get glue on a painted area, afterwards means you gotta mask up the new tiles. Install toilet (don't plumb it up) Get plumber to do fit out basically putting taps and plumbing waste into the spots they have already done. Thats the order i would get it done in ...
