Oh and those jars are simply gorgeous!! Yep thats what I need to do... SHOP! We went to the house tonight and everything felt so 'homey'.. beige tiles and all.. I will love it.. I know I will... I will take pics once we are in and our 'pretties' are displayed. Thanks again guys.. you sure know how to cheer a girl up!! *hugs* -Sha Re: bathroom tiles.. not what I had hoped.. ideas please.. 24Mar 26, 2009 6:45 am Hi Sha....*waving* I actuallly love your tiles I love the detailing on the feature tiles...and..........I LOVE BEIGE AND NEUTRAL TONES I get a bit sad when people say its the safe option...I think it is classic and stylish and won't date...although I do wish I was a teeny little bit braver with my colours I think once its all done it will look just how you imagined it. When I get to the bathroom stage you will see we have gone for very similar tones!!!!!!! I think that it will be very easy to accesserise like Kyton said. You will be able to put lots of different bright colours with it to change the feel when you get sick of it. I think its like before a wedding day...a little bit of cold feet!!!!!! It will all look amasing in the end!!!!!!!!!! Great choices P.S just went on your blog............LOVE your kitchen!!!!! Kylie handover happened 15/6/09...love living on an acre but still so much to do! Re: bathroom tiles.. not what I had hoped.. ideas please.. 26Mar 26, 2009 7:31 pm I think that it is gorgeous. Wait until it's all said and done with bits and bobs and YOU will love it. www.themaxbuild.blogspot.com forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=20717&start=300 www.leahspaperpassion.blogspot.com Re: bathroom tiles.. not what I had hoped.. ideas please.. 27Apr 03, 2009 10:17 pm I think it's lovely and very similar to my tiles. I wanted to go something reasonably neutral that I could look at forever! This is mine, very different...and my most favourite thing of all is the foot thingy in the shower!! I can't see SuH's jar pic anymore, but I agree with Kyton and the apothecary jars. I have had three for ages, just waiting for my ensuite and powder room...and the other day I bought a forth one! I am undecided what to put in them, but I just love them to death!! (These are not mine, but I have the front one in my collection!) You can accessorise with coloured towels and decor. Down the track if you want to change the look of the bathroom it will be much easier if the tiles are neutral. That way you can just change towels/decor to give the room a different feel. Stormy, those jars are beautiful and I can picture them with shells. I wish I had found something like that when I was looking for something to keep my shells in.
