Performance solution for window in Shower

The NCC 2022 does not allow for window in the shower area under 1.8m or 1.5m from the shower rose and we are renovating a bathroom under a DA.

I’m trying to find what a performance Solution would look like to allow the window to be 1.6m off the floor in an unenclosed shower as we don’t have the ceiling height to raise the window or the ability to shift the shower.

Without paying for an expert it’s hard to understand what a performance solution would look like to see how significant this would be. Has anyone got an example?
