So I have a bathroom, laundry, 2 powder rooms and an ensuite. They are all on cement sheeting. They all will have screed and tiles.
According to the NCC, only showers need to be waterproof, and the rest water resistant.
My plan is or I would like it to be, that I waterproof the powder rooms and the laundry and get a waterproofing company to do the others.
So reading things on the internet many people are saying that in NSW only licensed waterproofers can do waterproofing, yet I cannot find the the information that this is the case.
Can someone point me to the legislation that makes this requirement for NSW.
All I have found that if it is over $5000 you need a licence.
