Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Sep 22, 2021 11:43 pm Hi all I am looking for a solution that involves the shower door handle being able to be magnetised or in some form be able to open, and be held open, by magnets. The hole spacing we need is 145mm, and I have been trying to either locate handles made of nickel that will stick to magnets, or some elegant magnetic product that could attach to the existing handle and connect to a magnet on the wall when opened. Any ideas? Re: Tricky shower door handle question 2Sep 23, 2021 12:30 am Is it standard style frameless 6mm glass? It slips over the glass. You could put it away the top and then use a magnetic catch to hold open. https://www.amazon.com/C-R-LAURENCE-GDH ... 52&sr=8-14 Accessible Carpentry & Cabinets accessiblecarpentry@gmail.com accessiblecarpentry.com.au https://www.facebook.com/pages/Accessible-Carpentry-Cabinets/583314911709039 Black on light wood does look good.
