Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Sep 19, 2021 3:58 pm Hi can anyone please help me? This knob switches the shower head from the overhead rain shower to a hand held head. It’s a brand new set. The knob came off and I can’t work out how it’s supposed to work. Seems like the dumbest design I’ve ever seen. The brass inner is completely smooth so nothing to lock onto. The screw that is supposed to lock on to the brass only just pokes through, so not much purchase there. Then the black switch handle also screws off so that makes it harder to adjust. Finally there is no indication on the base (like a little arrow or something) to show where to turn to. I have tried screwing it in and off several times but it won’t stay on at all. Any idea? Crap design for sure. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Can you screw that one in with a screwdriver? Then attach the small knob to the bit of the screw which protrudes out from the big knob.
