I have this laminate splashback stuck to the bathroom wall. how on earth can I remove it? we've tried everything and it won't budge.
It's not plasterboard but villaboard or blueboard so I really don't want to cut the piece out as it is a hassle to have it replaced.
I'm putting in a new vanity and need this gone!

It will just be stuck on. You may end up damaging the sheeting to get it off.
I'd drive a chisel in behind it to start and release the adhesive then slowly work your way along.
If you lever on a stud and use a block so you don't dig into the sheeting is you best option.
