Over the years I've been quite satisfied with their performance and durability. Recently, the swivel spout of the basin mixer in the loo started leaking through the corroded spot. After unsuccessful search in all the plumbing supply shops for a replacement spout – I was reluctant to replace and trash the perfectly sound mixer, I've contacted the Pacific, to ask if they would sell me a spare spout. They were very friendly and responsive. This level of personal service and support to a retail customer is quite rare and exceptional these days and I'm so impressed and grateful that I've decided to share this experience! It's good to hear that some old fashioned service is still available in this throw away age. We owner built again since the last time and are only about 4 blocks from you. Good to hear from you. Good to hear from you and that you weren't discouraged by the first time, which as the wise people say, always hurts. I sometimes wonder about all the bubus I've made and how different would it be the second time round. But I'm getting too long in the tooth for something major like that and live happily ever after in quite a good and comfy house. So nowadays it's just the maintenance for me. Best of luck with your project! The one we just finished was much simpler, no double storey, no reverse brick veneer. It was all done and dusted in 6 months and is perfect for our family. Not planning on moving from this one in a hurry. If I see you down the shops I'll say hello.
