They even had a downlight on the side wall of the shower (I thought that was a little over the top - and it casts a shadow of your thighs on the wall ) After 4 years - we're in! So it may be hard to keep it looking as clean as tiles because tiles tend to hide that a bit better and glass seems to reflect it. I know you get it on tiles too, but you really notice it on glass.
I suppose it depends on how much you cleen it. My mother wipes down the shower with a dry towel after every use... she is very very very good at keeping the glass clean and streak free. It is more expensive, but worth it, we thought, as we HATE trying to keep grout looking okay.
