It all depends where the actual trap is. More often than not it's after the gully. Did you get a plumber to inspect? Thanks for the advise. Had finally have the plumber to inspect and confirmed the water trap was forgot to put in. Now the difficulty is, to put the original water trap in, the tile on top will need to be removed first. What the plumber did was, cut the sides of water trap to get it smaller and slides into the waste gully. Of course the quality is certainly not as same as original one any more. Still waiting for a final solution from the builder. ... for months already.
