Bought a new apartment a year ago and noticed several building quality issues after moving in, including terrible sewage smell from one of the bathroom. Further investigation found that the water trap is missing from the floor trap.
Had tried to contact the builder but no any response for more than a year.
Advice needed regarding the warranty issue of this type, and who will be the best person to contact if builder is not taking responsibility.
