The other side of the wall is an yard I got few plumbers to look for leaky pipes but the pressure were good enough and plumber concluded the water leak is from the shower. Since then we have few shower repairers give quote. But I am not who is right as there is different in the solution they are suggesting 1. One suggested to just do the silicone around the shower and it will handle the water leak. 2. Second person suggested epoxy around the shower 3. Suggested to have tile over tile seal it with epoxy Of course every one is suggesting what they believe is the solution and what they are good at. But I am not sure who can find the root cause of the problem and fix it. I don't want to do a bathroom reno. Any other suggestion or tests that can detect water leaks??
