Bonaire vs Braemar Gas Ducted Heating (MB6-31XA Vs TQM6x32)

Respected experienced members, I am building a 32sq single story house? Can you please help me with 2 of my questions

1. can you please suggest which of the following Brand/unit is better?
- Bonaire MB6-31XA (6 star, Extra Air)
- Braemar TQM6x32 (6.3star, Extra Air)

2. Builder providing 12 x 200mm round ceiling outlets. As both of these units are Extra Air (To accommodate addon cooling) Are 200mm round ceiling outlets are large enough? Or should I ask them to increase the size of the outlets? Any suggestion? Manufacturer recommending to use 400mm size for ducting. that is why I am thinking if 200mm round ceiling outlets can be connected & appropriately handle air from 400mm ducting?

I am also going with Breamar TQM6x32 heater (only upgraded from TWM623 as variation yesterday). What did you finally settle with for heating & cooling?

All completed and handed over in July last year and we've now been enjoying our new house for about 6 months now ::cheerleader::

Nah, I don't have insta page for my build. I was only updating a thread here on homeone forum but got lazy at the end and couldn't post any update. I've followed your page at instagram to check the pictures.

We ended up going with Braemar TQM530N without any cooling. Thought to add an addon cooling or reverse cycle system after the handover as it was very expensive to do it through the builder

We ended up going with Braemar TQM530N without any cooling. Thought to add an addon cooling or reverse cycle system after the handover as it was very expensive to do it through the builder

I have just ended up signing 2 variations to have TQM6X32 + large cooling ducts upgrade from my already speced up TQM623

Hoping to install a Add on cooler in under $9k if possible otherwise I will be better off replacing with Full RC system

Wise decision mate. How much variation fee they have charged you apart from the upgrades?
