I got my builder to install ducted ACTRON SRD173C/SRV171 system with 8 zones and was charged $11,010 for it. Most recently when outside temperature was 14 degrees, inside was 18.2 degrees, set point was 24 degrees and after the system was in operation in ESP/AUTO mode with one zone in operation for over an hour, the inside temperature increased by a mere 0.4 to 18.6 degrees. It never worked since it was installed in December 2016. My attempts to get it rectified have been in vain. The manufacturer is claiming it is installer fault. The installer is claiming it is builder fault. The builder is refusing to fix it notwithstanding a work order having been issued in July last year. I have issued a notice to the builder, installer and manufacturer to fix the system. I am not holding my breadth. Had I got my own installer after the building was completed, the outcome would have been very different I reckon.
