I have found a rental to move into and the agent is convinced it only has ducted heating on the ground floor and ducted aircon on the top floor. Does that make any sense and could it work? Sorry I don't have much more info other than the house is 5 years old 3 beds upstairs. It is likely air conditioning was only put upstairs as heat rises essentially and the bedrooms upstairs would be unbearable in summer.
