Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 May 12, 2019 4:49 pm We have an old Vulcan gas heater in the original fireplace of our house which we want to remove and replace with a inbuilt wood heater. We have found a wood heater at bunnings, flue not included. I know we'll need to get a plumber to remove and cap off the gas of the old unit but in regards to the flue do we need to purchase a new one for the new unit or will there be an existing flue in the chimney we can use? Also any guidance on approx cost for the installation? Thanks 2 3905 2 6856 Yes, get a builder, make sure he is experienced and a registered building practitioner 5 7544 |
