hi All, We are building 42 sqs two storey home. The builder is providing Brivis Star Pro 5 22KW as the ducted cooling option. It's a two zone system which can cool only one zone at a time (upstairs or downstairs) but not both at the same time. If anyone can provide any feedback on this product, I would really appreciate it!

VATA, not a reply as such as i'm not proving advice just adding on to the question.
I'm looking, rather considering Ref. cooling for a 27-28 sq single story house. 4 rooms 3 living areas, sitting and dining.
Any thoughts of cost, efficiencies ?
Building in western metro of VIC.

Does not sound like the most cost effective solution from both an upfront and running cost perspective. Why not go with a reverse cycle ducted solution with Solar PV Panels.
