I bought a new house 2 years back from builder in BRISBANE.It has flat roof and with ducted air conditioning. It is double story house.About 6 months back there is no air coming out of ducts down stairs.Sometimes it works by itself. However for last few weeks we don’t see any air down stairs.I got around 5 technicians who just don’t want to go on roof and complain they don’t know where builder has put blowers in each duct.Builder is not ready to help me either with any drawings to contacts of guy who installed it.I am not sure what should I do?
Is there any expert on this forum who can help.Do you know some service company who can help rather then just charging me for having look and not giving solutions.
