You could, however, have insulated cladding added, and then depending on the type, paint or render for a new look.
Thanks I’m trying to achieve a bit extra noise insulation as well
Would the cladding help with that ?

It should help a little bit, but keep in mind that your windows & doors will still be acting as "the weakest link".
If you want to improve noise insulation, think more about internal solutions as they are generally more effective and much cheaper, e.g. double + thicker plasterboard placed on sound clips & furring channels, ideally with Green Glue applied between them will help to achieve STC values of up to 60 and higher.
