I spend variable periods away and would prefer to have the ability to remotely turn it on (to preheat the house if I am away for a while). I am unable to find any information on the Web regarding the system (which originates in China). If anyone has information regarding its controller and how I might get it replaced (or by who?), I'd be most grateful. Re: GreenBee heat pump 2Aug 22, 2018 10:51 am I don’t know this specific heat pump, but it probably just responds to an on or off command, which could be provided by any kind of smart thermostat. However, you would need to find someone who could install that. My installer has successfully integrated five Nest thermostats with my Bosch heat pump system, and they are controllable for anywhere as long as I have internet access.
