Our heating unit is in the roof space on one side of the alfresco. I noticed the ducts go from the unit, through the alfresco ceiling to the kitchen/family and dining areas. I can't get my head around the heating piping will go 'outside' before going back inside to the vent in other rooms. The alfresco and garage is not insulated. It doesn't sound very energy efficient to me. Does this sound right??
