Installing Fans and putting Split AC

Hi all
I am building a double storey with Metricon in Melbourne and wanted to put Celing Fan in living and bedroom area. I was also thinking of having a couple of Split AC's for those hot days , in the Master bedroom and theatre.

Looking to get answers and some suggestions on this topic and on the below points:
1. Can the Fan be put on the Baton light point ?
2. Is it a good idea to get the Fan and Split AC done by Builder or can be done later?
3. What provisions should I get done for those to be put at a later points.

Yes you can put a sweep fan on the light baton and you'll need 15amp supply run to the two anticipated future installation points.

It might be better to advise the OP to check on the requirements based on the capacity he/she intends to install in said locations rather than just a blanket 15amp supply.

Iit’s definitely cheaper to use just your ceiling fan versus your mini split air conditioner. But we know that utilizing only a ceiling fan would still make it difficult to combat the heat and humidity.
