Hi, I've got an old place with a bullnose verandah that's been enclosed to create a laundry bathroom. In summer heat just radiates through to the layer of gyprock that comprises the ceiling. Taking the bullnose sheeting up is not an option, I can likely get to the underside of most of the sheets as there's currently nothing resembling insulation. Querying whats that most effective way to block some of that heat (and possibly insulate against cold in winter).
Thanks.
