Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 May 22, 2016 9:40 pm We are considering building with Simonds but requesting the included ducted heating be deleted, and we will arrange installation of combined ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling after handover. We are thinking we should ask Simonds to include the power, gas and water points in the ceiling for later installation of the unit. Can anyone foresee problems with this idea? Has anyone got combined ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling? Would you recommend it? Thanks. Re: Combined heating/cooling after handover? 2May 23, 2016 2:50 am I wouldn't, leave heating as the credit wouldn't be much and just get Evap put after handover. Just get a power point and switch installed in the roof Does anyone have a suggestion for a good hydronic in slab heating speacialist who may be able to help me with an existing system and wether or not it may need a seperator… 0 4887 yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 5326 Your house should come in "as new" condition.
