Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Jul 15, 2015 10:57 pm Hi Everyone, I have a 4 year old house with a Bonaire/vulcan Summerbreeze SBM65 heating and cooling system. The system has very minimal use and over the 4 years period, I would say less that ten times. On Tue 14/07, I tried to activate the heating on my manual controller;however the controller does not recognise the heating system and there is no option to activate it. It is a similar story on the 15/07 as well. Can any owners of this system or any experts in heating and cooling shed some light into this problem? much appreciated Re: Please help with Bonaire/vulcan Summerbreeze SBM65 2Jul 16, 2015 11:37 am [quote="esjl2809"]Hi Everyone, I have a 4 year old house with a Bonaire/vulcan Summerbreeze SBM65 heating and cooling system. What do you have for heating? Does the cooling system (SBM65) work for cooling? Re: Please help with Bonaire/vulcan Summerbreeze SBM65 3Jul 16, 2015 1:09 pm Hi Goody59, Thanks for your reply and clarification on the matter. I believe what I have (http://www.bonaire.com.au/lib/pdf/owner ... 12270D.pdf ) in terms of heating is a climate technologies ducted gas central heating. The heating and cooling is controlled by the manual controller to which if the heating system is 'working' there will be an option to activate it. As for the cooling system (sbm65), there is no problems with activating it. It is just ducted gas heating that is not working. Re: Please help with Bonaire/vulcan Summerbreeze SBM65 4Jul 16, 2015 1:20 pm So now I get it the same manual controller controls the gas ducted heating. So you have gas? Is there a pilot light operating on the gas ducted heating unit? Is the power turned on for heating unit? Other than checking those things and following the instructions for the heating aspect of your control I am not much further help. Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7157 i had the my concreters concrete right up to the fence. I have pits all along my path, so the water tends to drain away from the house and into the pits.
