Pretty sure they would travel that way. Give them a call, was the cheapest and one of the better places that we spoke to. Not many people would email back anyway. They made up a nice design and quote package. Re: Ducted Aircon Brisbane 4Jul 10, 2015 1:25 pm No worries, if you decide to go ahead with them, can you let them know I referred you Re: Ducted Aircon Brisbane 6Jul 23, 2015 5:30 pm Oh that's not good then. Did you find someone cheaper? They were the around the cheapest that I could find. Re: Ducted Aircon Brisbane 7Jul 27, 2015 8:54 pm We used Proudlock Airconditiong for ours they came in way under what our builder quoted us so perhaps they could help you. My build viewtopic.php?t=76386 Re: Ducted Aircon Brisbane 8Jul 29, 2015 9:48 am Spent awhile doing research myself when I was getting my ducted installed. So here's my short list: - Airforce Pty Ltd (based out of Eaton's Hill). Small group, but very helpful and they knew their stuff. They did advise though straight out that they only install "expensive" systems. They use inidividual controllers for each zone, they were about 3-4 thousand more expensive then a "normal" system. - Acer Services. Was going to go with these guys. Prices were good, they use MHIAA. Only issue was lack of communication which is why I gave up on them. - Airmark Airconditioning. Fairly cheap, not the cheapest but still competitive. A bit unresponsive to initial requests (I was emailing, better to call). I went with these guys and got a Toshiba 12.5kw system + Daikin 3.5kw P series split, along with two new circuits the total cost was around $12000. The install was pretty good. Systems are running today with no issues, so they get a recommendation from me. And if it's an unknown Chinese brand of system, good luck finding spare parts for it in 5-10 years when the compressor dies or PCB fries itself or something.
