In one operation mode, air comes out from the inside unit runs without any air conditioning. outside compressor and fan do not run. 2. In other operation mode, Outside compressor and fan runs without any air coming out from inside unit. i could not any find user manual for this model. Coils in outside unit r quite dirty, i have seen youtube videos of cleaning them with water. I would highly suggest to steer clear of this unless you know what you are doing as getting water into where you shouldn't could lead to fire, equipment damage and injury or death from electric shock. I'm in no way suggesting this will happen to you but the potential for it to happen is greater vs someone who knows what they are doing, to do it.
