The house has 3 zones - downstairs, upstairs front bedrooms and upstairs back bedrooms. Now the 2 zones upstairs works fine but the downstairs doesn't seem to get any air. I have a feeling the damper feeding air to the downstairs ducting is faulty. Is this the damper controller? It has a mains 240V feed into it. It would be a throwaway item that would need to be replaced as it's not economical sense to repair if at all. Be aware that being LV above 50v AC / 120v DC you'll need an electrician or trade professional with a D class permit to replace it.
