Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Nov 16, 2013 8:23 pm Hi All, Hopefully this is just a quick question. I've got an Actron ESP+ installed in our home, but on looking at the condensor unit outside, I noticed that one fan is sucking and the other is venting the hot air. There's no seperation between the fans. I'd have thought that both fans would be venting and pulling the air through the coil to stop short cycling? Does that make sense or am I missing something? Is it possible that the technician installed one fan with the polarity reversed? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Adam Re: Actron Air Condensor Fans running in different direction 2Nov 17, 2013 9:53 am We have an Actron and both fans definately suck air through the condenser and blow it out of the unit. I would hazard a guess someone at the factory stuffed up, as the unit comes pre-wired for this work. A call to Actron should fix it. We had a problem and had someone here the next day to fix it under warranty. No complaints about the service.
