Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Oct 03, 2013 11:57 am Hi All We are nearing the completion of our double storey (38 sqs) in melb and looking at cooling options. I understand we can only put cooling upstairs and system has to be strong enough to push cool air down. Two options we come through are Breeze air EXH 190 or 210 system or the Brivis L65. What are your views or experiences with these systems. The Breeze air is about $800 dearer than Brivis. Thanks ! I would be questioning the ability of any evap system to push cool air downstairs as generally they are not overly cool, only dropping the temp a few degrees. However your lower floor will always naturally be cooling than your upper floor. Have you considered refrigerated cooling to hang off a wall downstairs? And then an evap for upstairs at night? 1 4521 Hi Kristy Around $1.7-1.8m or around $4,600/sqm. if you PM me your email I will send you a break up in a spreadsheet so you can get an understanding of the costs for… 1 9887 Surrey Hills, Vic 3127 Garage is being built with metal, 3m distance away from my cover deck.
