We have just installed a Regency free standing Gas Log fire (natural gas) Fan kicks in after 5 minutes or so. Flame goes OK for awhile then cuts out. Pilot is still going. Then the flame will kick in again - after 10 to 20 minutes. Is this normal? Drops a degree or two and kicks back in. So almost certainly nothing is wrong.
