Does anybody here have them? How do they compare to regular roof tiles in performance, looks, and cost? I live in an estate where Tuscan colours are a covenant, so lots of red and orange roofs. It is very easy to spot the terracotta from the concrete and the terracotta always looks better. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
