The plastic rounds are by far the cheapest alternative, when you consider they come complete with fixing clips, and a damper. The plastic square, IMO are ugly, and the aluminium bevelled edge diffusers are triple the price of a plastic round. If you are going for 'looks', why not consider "linear" diffusers/bar grilles.
