Thankyou Re: Is it possible to install a zoning system on 2Aug 16, 2011 3:20 pm Yes it is, but depending on the age of unit it may be worth while replacing it to get the most out of it. Also, unless you have over 25Sq (or 30 preferably) living, zoning really won't make that much difference. I wanted zoning in my new house but was advised against it. Basically they said it would be more cost for the extra parts and work with very little savings gained. If you have a really old heater they can be pretty cheap to replace with a more efficient one and you can also then get a better thermostat that is programmable and should help save money by allowing you to set the times it runs and the temp it comes on at. yes it is possible but watch for noise transmission, decouple as best you can. Maybe wider top and bottom plates with 70mm studs to allow the cabinet to be recessed fully 1 6610 You can wash over existing pavers with 10% solution of water and hydrochloric acid, then wash off. The acid will provide for required bond key with new concrete. 1 36925 0 9761 |
