Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Jul 01, 2011 2:59 pm Hi All, I've just received a quote for the supply installation of an Actron ESP Plus system Details "Supply and install an Actron Air SRD175C/SRV175E ESP Plus Reverse Cycle system ducted to fourteen (14) points with 5 Zones to service the house on a Zoned basis." The quote I received comes to $17K.. does this seem reasonable? if not, does anyone know installers that service NE melbourne who provide a better price? thanks in advance Re: Actron in Melbourne, install cost?? 2Jul 13, 2011 1:14 pm Hi I think that is expensive, we just received a quote from Harvey Norman that was $15K for exactly the same however we had 4 zones but I think Harvey Normal are not usually the cheapest either but we wanted to pop it on interest free finance. I didn't realise Harvey Norman installed Actron gear! I will have to go and ask about it (would love to have it on interest free) Re: Actron in Melbourne, install cost?? 4Jul 20, 2011 10:08 pm I think he maybe meaning Harvey Norman in WA they used have a store in melbourne just for heating & cooling but it didn't last long in regards to price it does sound a bit over priced but that also depends on the installation conditions if it's all straight forward and electricals not to hard you could be more around the $15K mark you got 1 thing right though your looking at the right brand What area are you in? Re: Actron in Melbourne, install cost?? 8Aug 16, 2011 8:42 pm motef Our quote for an Actron 23kw ESP+ with 5 zones installed in Newcastle is $14,500 in a new build. Thats very cheap i'm not gonna move to Newcastle to soon thats bout how much i would charge to supply equipment with no installation and add gst to that price Re: Actron in Melbourne, install cost?? 9Aug 16, 2011 8:53 pm We're in Bundy and our ESP+ 14.5kw system installed for 14,500 in a new build. 6 zones, 14 outlets and 3 return air grilles and two control panels. ~ trying to build our dream home by the sea ~ custom probably not. Volume, most defiantly, but spec would vary. If youre doing a knock down, there additional costs associated with that that will eat into your budget… 1 10274 That's a fantastic result! Happy you got it sorted out. cheers Simeon 6 8640 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45544 |
