However, when we turn our ducted heater on - it clicks - constantly - every 30 seconds or so and I can only assume its the plastic ducts that are in the roof that is expanding and contracting. It's not isolated and occurs on most of the ducts. It's super annoying. Has anyone else had this issue and/or have any remedies for it. I have no idea what to do! Regarding your ceiling heating ducts, ours might give the occasional creak/click from the wall mounted thermostat but nothing like you are suggesting is the case with your system. Have you reported it to Simonds? ...... what have they advised? You may need a vist from Brivis which Simonds should arrange. How long have you been in your home?
