What is the easiest way to install ceiling insulation in a new house I am building. I have a pitched colourbond roof, but the central heating/cooling ductwork fills up a lot of the under roof space, with a lot of ductwork resting on the bottom chord of the 900mm spaced roof trusses. The battens for the plasterboard ceiling are not yet installed.
Blow in insulation after the ceiling plasterboard is in place, or try to install batts from underneath once the ceiling plasterboard battens have been installed, but before plasterboard fixed in ?????
