Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Nov 11, 2010 2:19 pm I'll be installing a ducted reverse cycle a/c system, and wanted to know whether it is advisable to install an extra temp sensor in one of the bedrooms. My concern is that if the system only picks up air temp from the return air, how will this affect the accuracy when we switch to only bedrooms at night? For example, if on a warm night the system may think it's still warm because it's not reaching the preset temp, and will keep pumping cold air, and the bedrooms may be too cold??? 12 March 2010 - Land titles received 3 April 2010 - Signed building contract 14 April 2010 - Prestart 28 April 2010 - Loan approved 30 June 2010 - Slab completed 27 August 2010 - Brickwork completed 22 September 2010 - Roofing completed 30 September 2010 - Internal walls plastered 12 October 2010 - Lock Up 19 November 2010 - PCI 26 November 2010 - Handover 29 December 2010 - Moved In https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=32584 Re: Additional zone sensor - do we need them? 3Nov 11, 2010 3:56 pm B STAR I got one for my brivis unit. It is the best thing i did. Hi B Star, How many sensors can be added to the brivis unit? I'm building a double storey house and the builder says only 1 sensor is included Re: Additional zone sensor - do we need them? 4Nov 11, 2010 4:09 pm with the brivis you can have two. A master and a slave. Mine is set up to work separately. Ie if i set the temp to 25 and zone 1 reaches 25 before zone two the zone motor will close. I'm curious, did they provide any reason why they did not like the idea? 1 12888 Our standard double-glazed window is tested to achieve, Rw 34, and can be glazed to suit Rw 39. The price is good too... 3 9471 Yes it had a house on it. But Melbourne water only wanted something the original size of the existing house. We managed to fit a 45sq house on. 10 33655 |
