Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Oct 30, 2010 10:58 am My Brivis AD35 air con has developed a fault in the N-E1 control box (The one on the roof inside the unit) - a spider shorted out the Triac, and fried a resistor. (and probably the Triac as well, although it looks ok) Im handy with a soldering iron, and want to repair the board, but the resistor is so fried that I cannot identify the value. Does any one have a schematic for the circuit board? I would prefer to get a replacement unit, but stock seems low, and tradelink have quoted me close to $450. Alternatively Does anyone think of where I could get a second hand unit? How do you remove one of these ceiling air con vents? And is it possible to disconnect the duct joined to the vent from inside the house, without going into the roof cavity? 0 4038 Hi all, sorting out the ducted air con for a 350sqm double story house.
