It's an 1980 Heylo K15 diesel burner, wich is used to warm up buildings under construction / garages etc. The problem is that it won't burn much at a time. It takes me about 6-8 min just to get it started, and then it'll last for about 2 mins. I've replaced the fuel with som fresh and condense-free, and emptyed the fuel-filter.
