We install them as a second line with our Daikin systems and have had only minor problems to date, all of which have been sorted quickly. It's important to note that the Samsung air conditioning line is looked after by ActronAir here in Australia. ActronAir are a sizable and reputable business who are well organised and carry a decent inventory of spare parts.
