Re: PD marina 42 or other 2 story 40+ sq home 2Sep 10, 2010 12:12 pm Hello Hantu, I understand your confusion and hope I can help you out. To answer your question, heating and cooling is house specific and is determined by our suppliers. If there are any additions to the house like a rumpus or higher ceilings then this can effect the capacity of the unit and might require an increase in kilowatts of the heating/cooling system. This can only be determined by our heating and cooling suppliers. So that I understand you better, what exactly are you concerned about in terms of the location of temperature sensors/zones? I hope this helps. Just so you know, you can contact your Site Supervisor or Customer Service Administrator to get a recommendation or send me a private message with your name and phone number and we can have a chat. Let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers, Jess. Porter Davis Homes Questions?
