Hi Guys
I am looking to add gas ducted heating to my home undergoing renovation at present. It is a 3 bed double brick, single story calif bung. We are on a slab so there will be ceiling vents. I have 4 x quotes (inc 1 x ducted aircon) and would appreciate your thoughts on them, and also suitability of the equipment proposed. They are as follows:
1) AGL - Supply Brivis HX23I internal 6 star natural gas ducted heating system including programmable thermostat.
Installation will include six (6) ducted floor outlets $7799 inc GST
2) Sun heating - Brivis HX23 in XA High efficiency 5.8 star indoor gas heater 23kw capacity $6580 inc gst
3) jaicrest - Brivis HE20i 10 vents, 1 return air grille. $9,300 inc GST
4) TrimTemp reverse cycle ducted aircon for comparison. Daikin Nominal 6hp Inverter reverse cycle ducted system FDYQ160 7 outlets. $8900 inc GST.
Do these sound reasonable, which would you go for and why ?
Thanks for reading.
Cheers
Nick
