Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Jul 11, 2010 1:48 pm Does anyone know how to restart this system. I have no sign of life on the Touch Pad controller, and I've had more than three power outages recently. Last time I had a service call it took the serviceman two minutes to get it restarted (but I was at work, and my wife didn't watch what he did). I have tried turning power on and off a few times, and even removed the service cover to press the reset switch inside the unit. No success. I have read that the unit locks down after three power outages, but I really don't want to have to pay another $150 for someone to do 2 minutes work. Anyone with the knowledge, please share.
