This is far better than a lot of commercial claptrap where the retailer is trying to push a product e.g. batts vs foil, flat plat heaters vs evacuated heaters, the thermal mass benefits of a brick veneer wall.
The language in Your Home is very balanced and doesn't overemphasis one thing over another. There are references to original reserach that you can go back and read in entirety at a State or University library. Finally they provide case studies and a detailed analysis of various projects.
