A few good products are the solar star (get the 240v product with a thermostat) or look at solar breeze or solar venti. You only want the thing to be venting when it is hot (ie summer) not winter. If you are moving air out then take it directly out of the living space through the ceiling and then the roof. Removing it from the roof space itself won't be adequate.
