What i'm scared of is that i hope they would easily have access to the switches and stuff that they would need. Lisanne how long did it take them to fix the unit in? Good to hear Lennox is good 'm also getting a quote for that. At one point when my SS was on leave I asked my admin/office person and she said no, so I waited for my SS to come back and he was fine with it all. My heater is in the ceiling cavity so you really need access before the plaster is on or they will need to remove the parts of the roof. I'm really not sure how long it took to do, the heater and duct work went in before the plaster and I wasn't on site. The ducts in the roof, again I wasn't here and then when they were installing the condenser outside and checking the air flow they took about 3-4 hrs BTW just as an FYI, I believe Lennox are the leading brand in Canada who has temp extremes more than us - VERY VERY impressed with mine so far 'A bottle of wine contains more philosophy than all the books in the world.'
