In it, theres a section "Heating / Cooling" and it says, "The applicant must not install a heating / cooling system in the development" What does that mean?? The applicant means the builder here. We're just getting the ducting done, does this mean that the builder should only do ducting and later we can install the AC, or we can't ever install it (that would be ridiculous!?) Our energy specification for Basix was 40/40 .. meaning it was exact, not over than needed ... How's this measured up for you guys?
