Browse Forums Heating, Cooling & Insulation 1 Jul 04, 2009 8:56 pm I've visited today a building site and noticed that the roof blanket (glasswool + foil) is supported by the wire mesh. I could clearly see the sense of it - the blanket was nice and flat under the tin. When I asked about it, the builder told me that now this is required by law (hasn't specified though if by BCA or AS). Got me quite peeved, because my roofie never told me about it, either as an option or requirement and blanket in my place is sagging and uneven. Anybody can confirm that a mesh is now compulsory ???
