It is essential that these are allowed for in the building process. The aircon contractor should also advise where to locate dropped ceilings and bulkheads. Allow for these in planning stage as they cost a lot more to add on once drafting is finished. Also allow for a power supply to the outdoor units location. The builder should run this power rather than paying for the air con contractor to run it (the ac contractor would charge you more for running it).
